MIM-EH-SIC is a nonsense word derived from mimesis: the idea of imitation, or the act of resembling.

Admittedly a bit pretentious, it’s a principle that historically governed the creation of Art, particularly work that reflects the real world back to us. In doing so, Art becomes a way of examining human nature and investigating the social systems that shape our lives.
